These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aurumfine.com (the “Site”) and the services made available through the Site.

The Site is operated by AurumFine (“AurumFine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the Site, creating an account, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our:

  • All activity conducted through your account, except where caused by circumstances for which you are not legally responsible

  • The account compromises Site security
  • The information provided is materially inaccurate
  • The user has violated these Terms
  • Suspension is required by law or a service provider

Any suspension or termination will not affect rights or obligations that arose before the effective date of the suspension or termination.

4. Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, measurements, materials, availability, and images as accurately as reasonably possible.

However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, or display settings
  • Product packaging may differ from images shown
  • Measurements may be approximate
  • Minor variations may occur between individual products
  • Product availability may change without notice

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the Site.

Nothing in this section limits any right you may have where a product is materially different from its description, defective, unsafe, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer law.

5. Prices and Currency

Product prices are displayed on the Site and shown in the applicable currency during checkout.

Prices may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where permitted by applicable law in the case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges collected by AurumFine will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Customs authorities or other government bodies may separately impose import duties, VAT, sales taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees. These charges are governed by our Terms of Sale and Shipping Policy.

6. Orders and Purchases

Purchases made through the Site are governed by our Terms of Sale.

When you place an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products. Receipt of an order-confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires an earlier point of contract formation.

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Payment authorization
  • Fraud and security checks
  • Verification of billing and shipping information
  • Delivery availability
  • Compliance with these Terms and our other policies

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing information, delivery restrictions, or material errors in the order information.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

You may request cancellation within one hour after placing your order by contacting contact@aurumfine.com.

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that a cancellation or modification request can be completed.

Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been added, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

After receiving the product, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

8. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed during checkout.

By providing payment information, you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • You authorize AurumFine and its payment providers to process the transaction
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to complete the purchase

Payment transactions may be subject to authorization, verification, fraud-prevention measures, and additional authentication by payment processors, banks, or card issuers.

We do not store complete credit or debit card numbers on our own servers.

We are not responsible for a payment provider’s independent decision to approve, decline, reverse, or hold a transaction, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping destinations, costs, processing times, estimated delivery periods, carriers, tracking, and missing-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

The estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after shipment, and the estimated total delivery time is 6–9 business days.

Delivery periods are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have if an order is not delivered within a legally required or agreed period.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Product Problems

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, defective products, incorrect products, and missing items are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible change-of-mind returns are generally accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exceptions stated in that policy.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Our commercial return policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

11. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, right, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified.

Depending on your location, mandatory rights may apply concerning:

  • Fitness for purpose
  • Accuracy of product descriptions
  • Delivery
  • Cancellation of distance contracts
  • Defective or unsafe products
  • Repairs, replacements, price reductions, or refunds
  • Unfair contract terms

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory law that applies to you, the mandatory law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

12. European Union and European Economic Area Consumers

Consumers in Romania, Italy, Spain, Denmark, and Portugal generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product without providing a reason.

After notifying us of the withdrawal, the consumer generally has an additional 14 days to return the product.

Exceptions may apply, including for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken
  • Other products or circumstances excluded by applicable law

This statutory withdrawal right is separate from and does not reduce our standard 30-day return policy.

EU and EEA consumers may also have mandatory legal remedies for products that are defective, do not match their description, or otherwise fail to conform to the sales contract.

13. United Kingdom Consumers

United Kingdom consumers generally have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving the product.

After notifying us of the cancellation, the consumer generally has an additional 14 days to return the product.

Applicable exceptions may include personalized products and certain sealed hygiene products after they have been opened.

This statutory right is separate from and does not reduce our standard 30-day return policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights available under applicable United Kingdom consumer-protection law.

14. Australian Consumers

Our products and services may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.

Australian consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or compensation where required by applicable law.

Any limitation or exclusion in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law.

15. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by AurumFine.

Protected content may include:

  • The AurumFine name and branding
  • Logos
  • Product photographs
  • Product descriptions
  • Graphics
  • Videos
  • Page layouts
  • Designs
  • Written content
  • Software
  • Site functionality
  • Databases and compilations

This content may be protected by copyright, trademark, design, database, unfair-competition, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the Site for lawful shopping and personal use.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial Site content
  • Republish or distribute Site content
  • Modify or create derivative works from Site content
  • Use our branding in a misleading way
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use Site content for commercial resale or exploitation
  • Suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation where none exists

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual-property right to you.

16. Product Reviews and User Content

The Site may allow you to submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, questions, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant AurumFine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, translate, adapt, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating, promoting, and improving our business and services.

This license continues for as long as the content is used by us, subject to applicable privacy, consumer, and intellectual-property laws.

You represent that:

  • You created the User Content or have permission to submit it
  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights
  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or misleading
  • The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We will not prohibit, penalize, or threaten customers for submitting honest reviews or opinions about our products or services.

17. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or general feedback about the Site or our services, we may use that feedback without payment or obligation to you.

This section does not transfer ownership of confidential information, personal information, or content protected by rights that cannot legally be waived.

18. Third-Party Services and Links

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

20. Site Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security updates, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, we may attempt to minimize disruption.

Changes to Site functionality will not affect completed purchases or mandatory consumer rights.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AurumFine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

We are not responsible for loss caused solely by:

  • Inaccurate information you provided
  • Unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials
  • Third-party services outside our control
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded
  • Willful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable
  • Breach of mandatory consumer guarantees
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

Where liability may lawfully be limited but not excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses incurred by AurumFine as a direct result of:

  • Your intentional unlawful use of the Site
  • Your material violation of these Terms
  • User Content that you did not have the right to submit

This section does not require a consumer to compensate AurumFine for losses caused by AurumFine, its service providers, or circumstances for which the consumer is not legally responsible.

  • Customs delays

  • Labor disputes

  • Carrier or supplier disruption
  • Public-health emergencies

This provision does not remove any mandatory right you may have to cancel an order, receive a refund, or obtain another remedy if performance becomes impossible or is delayed beyond an applicable legal limit.

25. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary because:

  • You materially violated these Terms
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity

Termination does not affect:

  • Payment obligations already incurred

These Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and AurumFine concerning your use of the Site.

For purchases, the Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and order information displayed during checkout also form part of the agreement.

If documents conflict, the more specific provision relating to the relevant transaction or service will generally apply, subject to mandatory law.

31. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections available under the laws of your country, state, province, or region of residence.

Before beginning formal proceedings, you may contact us at contact@aurumfine.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

You may also have the right to bring a claim before a court, consumer-protection body, regulator, or dispute-resolution service in your country of residence.

We do not require consumers to waive mandatory rights, use confidential arbitration, or bring claims exclusively in a foreign jurisdiction unless a separate valid agreement and applicable law permit it.
